Gulhi LAC Ltd) is the commercial enterprise of the Secretariat of the Gulhi Council, established under the Decentralisation Act to spearhead the economic and social development of Gulhi Island. Officially registered with the Ministry of Economic Development, our company bridges the gap between local governance and corporate efficiency, managing essential services and business ventures that benefit our 900+ residents and growing visitor community.
